At Pak N Go, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You have 40 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pakngo.us with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Please note:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
